From NORTH on Hwy #22
(Cowboy Trail) 22km from Hwy#27
turn right West signs "Burnt Timber Road" and "Shell Gas Plant"
From SOUTH on Hwy #22 (Cowboy Trail)
5km pass CREMONA turn West, left turn signs "Burnt Timber Road" and "Shell Gas Plant"
Now on Burnt Timber road you will travel for 27 km on paved road until you come to Shell Gas Plant.
Approximately 200 meters before a gate to plant is a sign.
Turn right on the gravel road that goes around a plant in to forestry area.
Stay on this road for 22km and HVRE RAFTING CAMP ---> turn-off is on right side. Then 150 metre to camp.
While on gravel road you will cross one lane bridge over Fallen Timber creek aprox. 11km if you cross 2nd one lane bridge
Burnt Timber creek you missed our turn-off by 1 km and went to far.
From MOUNTAIN AIRE LODGE
go SOUTH on Hwy #940 Forestry trunk road for 12 km then turn
left on Stud Creek road sign "Shell private road 50/km" After 5km you will come to large Shell compressor complex turn
right and after 4.5 km you will cross one lane bridge over Burnt Timber creek and HVRE CAMP turn-off is on left side 1km
from the bridge.
