Booking Conditions & Terms.
Hunter Valley Recreational Enterprises Ltd. will take all precautions necessary for your protection and safety while you are on one of our trips. You will be required to follow instructions and all safety guidelines set by our experienced guides and staff. However, HUNTER VALLEY RECREATIONAL ENTERPRISES LTD., their directors and employees, cannot take any responsibility for injury, loss or damage to person or property resulting directly or indirectly from activities on our trips. "WE REQUIRE THAT YOU SIGN A RELEASE FORM - WAIVER OF LIABILITY, INDICATING THAT YOU UNDERSTAND THESE CONDITIONS." When booking a trip we require 30% deposit (Visa, M/C or Cheque) and balance will be due (Visa, M/C or Cash) on your arrival. Contact us for group and family discounts.
Cancellation Policy.
Cancellation up to 7 days prior your trip departure is subject to $10.00 charge per person for all Half day trips and $35.00 charge per person for all other trips and tours. Less than 7 days cancellations all deposits are non-refundable.
