by signing This Agreement, You Give Up All Rights To Sue.
            I, the undersigned in consideration of my being permitted to participate in, on the outdoor adventure tours (which are hereinafter referred to as the "tours") offered by or organized by HUNTER VALLEY RECREATIONAL ENTERPRISES LIMITED, (hereinafter referred to collectively as "HUNTER VALLEY"), I hereby for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators and assigns release and forever discharge HUNTERVALLEY, their officers, managers, employees, agents and representatives from any and all lawsuits or actions, claims or demands by reason of any damage, loss, death or injury to myself or to my property arising from my participation in the tours notwithstanding that the same may have been contributed to or occasioned by the negligence of HUNTER VALLEY.

            I agree to save harmless and indemnify HUNTER VALLEY from and against all lawsuits, claims, actions, cost or legal fees expenses (on a solicitor and his own client basis) which may be incurred in defending any lawsuit or claim I may bring against them, in respect to my death, injury, loss or damage to myself or my property howsoever caused arising out of or in connection with the tours and whether the same may heave been contributed to or occasioned by the negligence of HUNTER VALLEY, their officers, managers, employees, agents and representatives.

            I understand and agree that I will at all time follow directions as may be given from time to time by HUNTER VALLEY or its managers, or its employees and that whenever I am aboard a boat, or while floating or swimming in the river, I will wear a life preserver and helmet.

            I am aware that the tours will also consist of other outdoor activities that may cause me injury such as walking, hiking whitewater or fastwater rafting, canoeing, kayaking, mountain biking, wilderness travel and that I may be chopping wood, working with fire, participation in volleyball, horseshoe, baseball games. I am of course, aware that any or all of these conditions, and other conditions not related to or defined by the forgoing, may cause me injury. I agree to assume all risk and hazards, and I further agree to bear all costs of rescue or medical attention rendered to me personally arising from the events.

            I confirm that I am physically capable and fit to participate in this activity and I have no medical conditions or needs other than those listed below.

            I confirm that I am eighteen years of age or older. (If younger than eighteen must have a parent or guardian read and sign this document.)

            I HAVE READ THIS RELEASE AND I NOW INDICATE THAT I DO UNDERSTAND IT AND THAT OF MY OWN FREE WILL AND NOT ACTING UNDER ANY DURESS I INDEMNIFY AND ACCEPT ITS TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT.
